It covers accidental damage and theft of the gear for the whole rental period \u2013 on set, in the car and in transit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fs-ip-pills\"><span>Damage<\/span><span>Theft and burglary<\/span><span>Transport<\/span><span>Uskladnenie<\/span><\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<div class=\"fs-ip-grid\">\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card\">\n<h3><i>1<\/i>How to order the insurance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In the cart, add the service to your order <b>Poistenie AllRisk<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>We calculate the insurance price from the value of the rented gear and the rental length, and state it in the order confirmation before you collect the gear.<\/li>\n<li>The insurance covers the entire rental period, from pick-up to return of the gear.<\/li>\n<li>When ordering, tell us truthfully where and what you will be shooting. Inaccurate information may be grounds for refusing the claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card\">\n<h3><i>2<\/i>What the insurance covers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Accidental damage or destruction of gear during a shoot.<\/li>\n<li>Theft by burglary and robbery, for example during a shoot.<\/li>\n<li>Damage to gear during transport.<\/li>\n<li>Damage while gear is stored in a vehicle or building under the conditions below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card\">\n<h3><i>3<\/i>Where the insurance applies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>By default within the Slovak Republic.<\/li>\n<li>Shooting abroad? Tell us the countries when ordering. Extending the cover is subject to the insurer's approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card\">\n<h3><i>4<\/i>Deductible<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A deductible under the insurance policy applies to every claim. We will tell you the current amount when you order.<\/li>\n<li>For theft from a vehicle at night the deductible may be higher if the gear was not stored in a locked garage, hall or guarded area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card fs-ip-wide\">\n<h3><i>5<\/i>How to protect the gear<\/h3>\n<div class=\"fs-ip-cols\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>In a vehicle<\/b> leave gear unattended only out of sight (e.g. in the boot), in a locked car with an immobiliser or alarm, in a lit and monitored place.<\/li>\n<li><b>Larger kits and gear overnight<\/b> store in a locked brick garage, hall or a guarded or enclosed area.<\/li>\n<li><b>During transport<\/b> short stops in lit, busy places are fine. For a longer stop, someone from the production must stay with the vehicle, or the vehicle must be in a secured car park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>On set<\/b> keep the gear under constant supervision and lock away gear not in use.<\/li>\n<li><b>Priestory<\/b>, where gear is stored, must be locked (doors, windows, entrances) with at least one security lock.<\/li>\n<li><b>Operation<\/b>: gear may only be operated by a trained crew and must be used according to the manual and its purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card fs-ip-wide fs-ip-no\">\n<h3><i>6<\/i>What the insurance does not cover<\/h3>\n<div class=\"fs-ip-cols\">\n<ul>\n<li>Damage caused by negligence or improper handling of the gear.<\/li>\n<li>Theft of gear left visible or unsecured in a vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Loss or disappearance of gear without signs of burglary.<\/li>\n<li>Normal wear and excessive mechanical stress.<\/li>\n<li>Indirect damage, such as a delayed or cancelled shoot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drones and anything mounted on them (they require separate insurance).<\/li>\n<li>Hazardous use (pyrotechnics, explosions, extreme conditions) unless agreed in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Intentional acts.<\/li>\n<li>Damage resulting from war, unrest, terrorism, cyber attacks or confiscation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"fs-ip-card fs-ip-wide\">\n<h3><i>7<\/i>What to do if damage occurs<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"fs-ip-steps\">\n<li><b>Contact us immediately<\/b> at <a href=\"tel:+421911499664\">+421 911 499 664<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:rental@filmsupport.sk\">rental@filmsupport.sk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Theft or burglary<\/b> report it to the police without delay and keep the confirmation of the report.<\/li>\n<li><b>Document the damage<\/b> with photos and a short description of how it happened.<\/li>\n<li><b>Techniku neopravujte svojpomocne<\/b>.
