The ARRI LMB 4×5 Clamp Adapter 162 mm is a rear clamp-on plate that attaches the matte box to lenses with a 162 mm front diameter, creating a light-tight seal.
The adapter lets you use the LMB 4×5 without rods on light and handheld rigs. To change to a lens with a different diameter, only the adapter needs changing – ARRI offers a range from 80 to 162 mm.
