Blackmagic URSA 4.6K is the original large URSA camera with a 4.6K Super 35 sensor offering 15 stops of dynamic range, significantly more than the first-generation URSA 4K. It records CinemaDNG RAW and Apple ProRes to two CFast 2.0 cards, making it suitable for projects with demanding color grading.
The body has integrated mounts for 15 mm rods, a 10.1″ flip-out monitor and two 5″ touchscreens – so the operator and assistant each have their own preview and controls. The camera is powered via a 4-pin XLR or V-mount / Gold Mount plate and is designed for work from a tripod, dolly or shoulder with support.

The camera is a heavier studio construction, so we recommend a solid tripod with a 100 mm bowl or a dolly and V-mount battery power. You can rent EF lenses, CFast 2.0 cards and monitors from our range along with the camera.
