Sony VENICE Extension System CBK-3610XS separates the VENICE sensor block from the rest of the body and connects them with a cable. The rig then carries only a compact, light head with the sensor.
Used on gimbals, steadicams, in cars, underwater housings and in 3D/VR rigs where a small, light camera is needed. The body with recording and power stays outside the moving part of the rig.
