Sachtler Studio 80 II is a fluid head designed for large, heavy film cameras. Rated payload up to 90.7 kg, stepless counterbalance in the 0–270 Nm range, 7 drag steps and tilt ±60°.
Originally designed for heavy 35 mm and 65 mm film cameras, today it is used for fully equipped digital cine rigs with heavy zooms. The integrated sliding plate and spirit level make balancing easier. On set, pair it with legs rated above the combined weight of head and camera.
