TILTA Nucleus-M is a wireless lens control system with an FIZ handheld controller, two brushless motors and two wireless handles. Range is 304 m, the motors deliver 2.5 Nm of torque at 14.8 V, and the system weighs 190 g.
Motors are powered from D-Tap and additional ones are connected in a chain via 7-pin cables. Handles mount on the ARRI rosette or on 25/30 mm gimbal rods, so the operator controls focus or zoom without letting go of the rig. The controller and handles use 18650 batteries with a raised pole.
